Call Center Resume Philippines 2026: Samples for Agents With and Without Experience

How to write a BPO resume that gets you to the initial interview: what recruiters screen for, the metrics to show, how the hiring process works, and two full samples, one for first-time applicants and one for experienced tech support agents.

Call center resume at a glance: one page, in English, no photo unless asked. Lead with communication and customer-facing experience. Show numbers (customers served, CSAT, quality score), your typing speed, and that you can work night shift.

How BPO Hiring Works

Your resume only has to get you through the first screen. After that, the process is mostly tests and interviews:

1 Application and phone screening

A recruiter reviews your resume, then calls to check your voice, English and availability.

2 Initial interview

HR checks your communication, confidence and customer service mindset. Expect "Tell me about yourself" and "Why do you want to work in a call center?"

3 Assessments

An English voice test (Versant, SVAR or the company's own), often a typing test and aptitude test, and for voice accounts a mock call. This stage screens out the most applicants.

4 Final interview and job offer

Usually with an operations manager or account supervisor, then the offer. Results typically come within one to two weeks.

5 Training and nesting

Classroom training on the account, then "nesting": taking live calls or chats with extra support before joining the floor.

BPO Metrics to Put on Your Resume

If you have call center experience, these numbers are your strongest selling points. Use your real figures:

QA scoreQuality assurance score from call audits"97% average QA score over 12 months"

FCRFirst call resolution: issues solved without a callback"82% first call resolution on tier 1 tech support"

Call Center Resume: Frequently Asked Questions

Can I apply to a call center with no experience?
Yes. Many BPOs in the Philippines hire applicants with no call center experience, including Senior High School graduates and college undergraduates for many accounts. Recruiters care most about your English communication skills, attitude and willingness to learn, so show any customer-facing work such as retail, fast food or sales.

What should I put on a call center resume?
Your contact details, a short summary naming the role, any customer-facing experience with numbers (customers served, sales, ratings), your education including units earned if you are an undergraduate, skills such as typing speed and the tools you know, and your availability for night shift and shifting schedules.

What is the Versant test?
Versant is an automated English assessment many BPOs use to check speaking and listening. Depending on the company, you may take Versant, SVAR or the company's own voice assessment. It is one of the stages that screens out the most applicants, so practice speaking clearly and at a steady pace.

How much does an entry-level call center agent earn in the Philippines?
In Metro Manila, entry-level agents typically earn about ₱20,000 to ₱28,000 a month in 2026, with voice accounts at the lower end and technical support or specialized accounts higher. Work between 10 PM and 6 AM also earns a night shift differential of at least 10%.

Should I put a photo on a call center resume?
Usually not. Most BPOs and multinational companies don't require one. Add a formal photo only if the job ad asks for it.
