At CV Builder, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our resume building services. If you feel that our premium plans are not providing the value you expected, we offer a transparent refund policy.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our premium plans. If you are not completely satisfied within your first 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.
3. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund under our 14-day guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is made within exactly 14 days from the original date of purchase.
- You have not downloaded more than 3 resumes/CVs using the premium templates.
- The purchase is your first transaction with us (renewals and subsequent upgrades are not covered).
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period has expired.
- Accounts that have been banned or terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions.
- Accounts that show extensive usage or bulk downloading of premium templates prior to requesting the refund.

6. Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process it immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
