2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our premium plans. If you are not completely satisfied within your first 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.

3. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund under our 14-day guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is made within exactly 14 days from the original date of purchase.
  • You have not downloaded more than 3 resumes/CVs using the premium templates.
  • The purchase is your first transaction with us (renewals and subsequent upgrades are not covered).

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period has expired.
  • Accounts that have been banned or terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions.
  • Accounts that show extensive usage or bulk downloading of premium templates prior to requesting the refund.
